Refund Policy

Home Support Articles Refund Policy

As a general rule, as per our terms and conditions and to protect ourselves from fraud, we do not offer refunds. Below are the most common reasons that get presented to us for needing a refund, along with our response to that reason. We’re not like creepers in Minecraft that are out to get you, but we do need to protect ourselves as we have been hit many many times by people who are simply trying to take advantage of us. Please note that our refund policy is inline with most other software companies who do not offer refunds for casual reasons. If you feel that you have extenuating circumstances, please send an email to support@modgician.com and explain your situation. We’ll then review it and get back to you.

My child signed up without my knowledge
Kids these days are pretty tech savvy and it’s important to ensure that things like PayPal passwords and credit card details are not stored on your computer. Not because kids are naughty but because sometimes they don’t understand the full impact of what they’re doing. Also, it’s good to keep your details safe in case the wrong hands get hold of your computer. If your child has been able to successfully sign up for Modgician and go through the PayPal/credit card process without your knowledge, then this is not our responsibility.

As stated above, if you feel that you have extenuating circumstances, please send an email to support@modgician.com and explain your situation. We’ll then review it and get back to you.
